If you needs some help picking materials for your remodel or new addition, I can give you my recommendations based on the space and style you want. I also provide 2D and 3D drawings that answer all those questions your contractor has for you through the construction process.

STEP-BY-STEP

  • Initial Consult: Meet with you and walk the property to determine your scope of work and give some advice on what materials we could use and define the style that you would like for your kitchen or bath.

  • Send Estimate: I will email you an estimate within 5 days.

  • Measure & Design Meeting: We will schedule an on-site meeting with your contractor/architect so that we can define the roles of the project and what are timeline is looking like. I will also measure your space and talk with you more in depth about the materials.

  • Design Proposals: Depending on the size of the project, I will determine the time frame on when I can send the plans to you. You will receive a Design PDF with a 2D floor plan, elevations, and 3D perspective drawings to see my most recommended material choices, a Pinterest Board with sourced fixtures WITH alternative options, and a Purchase List for most recommended items.

  • Design Discussion: When you’ve had time to review the materials, we will have a phone call and schedule another in-person meeting to see the materials either at your home or in a showroom.

  • Purchasing Items: I’d like to give you discounts wherever I can so I can make those purchases for you with your payment info. You can also purchase the items yourself if you’d like. The contractor might want to purchase materials as part of their contract as well.

  • Shipped Items & Deliveries: You’ll need to arrange any larger deliveries and accept any boxes that arrive with your remodel items. Unpack them and make sure that everything is intact from shipping. Tiles most likely need to be picked up from your contractor with the order number.

  • Communication throughout remodel: After items are ordered, questions arise throughout the process so I will be available to you and your contractor by text, phone, FaceTime, email, and can come on-site a few times to make sure the process is smooth. Keep in mind that we need to go with the flow if remodeling because as they open up walls, contractors might find road blocks that we can find solutions for. The key to a successful remodel is good communication between all three parties! We got this!
